Since the Pag-IBIG Fund is mandatory for those covered by the SSS and GSIS, I decided to try their online registration to secure a membership ID number. As a new member, you need to prepare all the required personal information before heading to the Pag-IBIG website. It takes only a few minutes and a few clicks to enroll, just like registering for SSS online. As a new employee or employer, you are required to create an online account, which allows you to print your Member’s Data Form (MDF) and get your Pag-IBIG Membership ID (MID) Number.
How to Register Pag IBIG Online
Go to Virtual Pag-IBIG official website.
Read and agree to PAG-IBIG Privacy Notice by checking the checkbox the click "Proceed".
Register using your National ID details, or use your personal information if you don't have one. You can also scan your physical PhilID, a printed or downloaded ePhilID, or the Digital National ID from the eGovPH App. Click 'Proceed' to continue. Note that you must allow camera access if you choose the QR scanning and National ID method.
Complete all the required required fields then type correct letter or numbers from the Captcha, prior to the next process. Click "Proceed" to continue.
Input the OTP code sent to your active mobile number then click "Prodeed".
Complete all the fields by providing your personal details such as Father's name, MOTHER'S MAIDEN NAME (as it appears on the Birth Certificate), SPOUSE'S NAME, PLACE OF BIRTH and so on then click "Next" to proceed to the Address fields.
- Input your PERMANENT HOME, PRESENT HOME and PREFERRED MAILING Address details then click on "Next" button.
Next is the Contact details page, fill in your valid and active email address then mobile or landline number for this page. Then "Next" to proceed.
In Present Employment fields, select and input all your employment details such as First Time Job Seeker, First Employment, With Previous Employment, GOVERNMENT AFFILIATION, income, employer and so on. Click "Next" to proceed.
In the Previous Employment details, input all your previous employers name, address, start and end date, branch and so on, then click "Next" once done.
In the "Heirs" page input your beneficiaries (In case of death, Fund benefits shall be divided among the member's heirs in accordance with the Rules of Succession under the new Civil Code, as ammended). Click "Next" to proceed.
In the "Supporting Documents" form, you need to upload a photo or a scanned copy of the following requirements to complete your membership application. A photocopy or scanned copy of your NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD OR VALID IDENTIFICATION (ID) CARD. A Photocopy or scanned copy of your NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION CARD OR VALID IDENTIFICATION (ID) CARD or any valid IDs accepted by Pag-IBIG.
The last step is the Summary of all details you provide on the previous pages. You can review it and edit by clicking "Update" button prior to submission. Click "Proceed" to continue.
Acknowledge all the information by ticking "I hereby certify...." then click "Submit Registration".
After clicking submit, you'll be prompted with another page saying you have successfully registered.

You will also receive your RTN (Registration Tracking Number) via SMS.
To complete the process, you must submit the printer MDF to your HR office. This will enable number-based remittance which makes it easier for your employer in paying your contributions.

I think pwede kasi sa member category says u can click individually paying member means you are un employed or no work
sa sitwasyon na hindi nyo maiprint yung MDF. isave nyo sa flash drive saka paprint nyo na lang sa ibang comp. kasi posibleng hindi maiprint yan at bka ung printer nyo ang may problema.
situation 2:
NA ICLICK UNG PRINT MDF PERO WALANG NAGPAKITANG MDF.
Ichek nyo ung pop up button ninyo. baka kasi nka block yung pop ups nyo. makikita ito sa upper right side ng URL addres nyo pag chrome ang gamit nyo sa baba naman pag firefox gamit nyo. Magpapakita ito pag naiclick nyo ang PRINT MDF. click nyo ito saka select nyo ang ALLOW POP UPS.

Kung wala namang nagpakitang MDF check mo yung browser mo bka nakablock yung pop ups. magpapakita ito pag naclick mo yung PRINT MDF. pag chrome ang gamit mu makikita ito sa upper right side ng URL address para itong box na may markang red na X pag firefox naman magpakita ito sa baba lang ng URL address. iclick mo ito saka mo select yunf ALWAY ALLOW POP UPS. saka mo ulit click yung PRINT MDF.
