Since a single National ID system is not yet fully implemented in the Philippines, we can still use the known valid ID’s that are accepted by private organizations and government institutions. They usually ask us to submit at least (2) valid ID’s as initial documentation requirements before we can proceed the process or transaction.

For example, if you want to open a bank account with BDO, BPI, PNB, Metrobank and other banks, you need present valid ID’s to verify your identity. You are also required to submit valid ID by government agencies like, DFA, SSS, PRC, PNP, Philhealth, BIR, LTO and others.
