How to Register using the DITO App

1. Turn on your mobile data and open your DITO App.
2. Load your account by going Buy Load tab.
3. After loading your account, go to Buy/Manage Promo.
4. Select DATA 10, 20, or 50 pesos load, then tap the BUY PROMO button.
5. Select Payment method e.g. GrabPay, PayMaya, WeChat Pay, GCash, and Pay with Load Balance.
6. Click Proceed to register.

Wait for the SMS notification from DITO regarding your subscription status.

How to Turn ON VoLTE

Here are the steps to enable VoLTE on your mobile device (steps may vary depending on smartphone brand and model).

1. Turn ON your mobile data.
2. Go to Settings
3. Go to Network/Connections/Call Setting
4. Go to SIM card / Mobile Networks.
5. Locate or go to Advance settings then turn ON VoLTE Calls.
6. Once active, you will see a VoLTE icon on the notifications bar.

You can also quickly enable and disable VoLTE by dialing the USSD code based on your device OS..

Troubleshooting tip: If you cannot connect to the internet using DITO SIM even if mobile data is turned on, try turning on and off Airplane Mode. Another tip is to turn off the second SIM card slot and see if it works.

Check Data Status and Balance Inquiry

To check your remaining GB of data and status, just open the DITO app and right away you see your remaining data on your app dashboard. For other network-related concerns, just dial 185 using your DITO SIM or connect with them via Facebook, and customer service chat support.
