In this post, we are going to guide you on how to manage your promo subscription via SMS and DITO mobile app.

You have two options on how to inquire or do a DITO balance inquiry to check your remaining amount of regular load, data, and expiry date.

Check Balance via SMS

To check your DITO load balance via SMS, just text BAL and then send it to 185. Wait for the SMS text that contains the details of your current load balance and its validity period.

Example notifications: “Your current load balance is PXX.00 valid until 09.02.2023 10:28:30…”

Check Load Balance via USSD Codes

You can easily check your load balance for free by dialing DITO USSD code. View available data, calls and texts details.

Dial *185# then press the call button.

A pop-up menu displays your mobile number, regular load balance and a numbered menu to select.

  1. Buy Promo
  2. Inquire balance
  3. Get in touch with us
  4. Download the DITO app

Select option (2) by typing number 2 then tap the Send button.

To inquire about your balance using a mobile app, just download and install the DITO app via Google Play Store, App Store, and App Gallery.

How to Check DITO Balance
  1. Open the DITO app and sign in with your DITO number to register.
  2. Select sign-in with SMS option then input your 11-digit DITO number.
  3. Get an SMS code and input it to enter the dashboard.
  4. In the homepage, tap View Details to check your promo details remaining data balance, and validity.
