 One of the easiest way to load and reload your GSAT and GPINOY TV box is via Web Loading tool. No need to wait for a long period of time before you can use your satellite cable TV again. All you have to do is gather all the necessary details required before we can proceed to loading our cable TV via web portal. First thing you need to prepare, is the 11 or 16-digits GSAT or GPINOY TV box number or serial # (HD Box users user the card serial number), amount of money or load (based on prepaid plans), internet connection (mobile or PC), 11-digits PIN and last is you need to turn on your TV box while doing this process.

GSAT and GPinoy Web Loading 

To use the web loading, you need the 11-digits PIN sent to your mobile number. You can receive it based on how you did you load your TV box. Options available are via GCASH, via Prepaid card, Cebuana Lhuillier, TPC, prepaid load and other loading platforms. Once you got the PIN, proceed on the steps on how to load using GPINOY or GSAT web loading.

  1. Turn ON GSAT/GPINOY your box.
  2. Go to the official website Web Loading link.
  3. Tick or check the “Im not a robot” CAPTCHA.
  4. Enter your GSAT or GPINOY TV box number or serial (11 or 16-digits).
  5. Enter the PIN or e-PIN you received via text or from the GSAT/GPinoy prepaid card.
  6. Click on submit then wait for the confirmation message and status of your load.

How to check your load

You can also check your GSAT or GPINOY load and expiry using the web loading. All you need in this process is the TV box number or serial. 

  1. Go to this page for GSAT subscribers
  2. Go to this page for GPINOY subscribers
  3. Input the numbers or letters written in the CAPTCHA box.
  4. Enter your TV box number and click submit.
  5. Wait for the details page of your subscription to come up.

Refresh your GSAT or GPINOY TV box

This method is very useful if your subscription is not yet credited on your GSAT/ GPINOY TV box or you are still getting E14 No Authorization or No Access error on your device.

  1. First, go to Web Refresh URL or page.
  2. Tick or check the “Im not a robot” CAPTCHA.
  3. Enter your GSAT / GPINOY TV box number
  4. Click submit to refresh.
