Converge ICT Hotline Number for Customer Service and Support

If you are already a Converge ICT fiber internet plan subscriber, you can now easily connect to their hotline regarding all your concerns. These numbers are indicated on your modem or router for quick reference in case you need assistance and customer service support with your internet connection. They also provided contact numbers for inquiry about their products, applications and other sales related questions.
By dialing their hotline number, you are given options to choose from technical and non-technical concerns. All service requests are covered, from trouble, repairs, customer care and service fulfillment. Since they now have a wider network coverage, they also provided a regional support telephone number to customers outside Metro Manila.

Since there Fiber internet plans do not include an active telephone line, you need to use landline to dial their hotline numbers. You can also use your mobile number but standard call rates may apply.

Converge Hotline:

  • Press option 1 - for technical concerns (trouble, repaid and connectivity issues).
  • Press option 2 - for non-technical concerns (customer care and service related).

Sales Hotline:

  • Sales inquiry, products and applications.

Regional Support hotline:

  • For regional customers who want customer care, tech support and sales inquiry.

For billing and payment related concerns, you can also contact them via (02)667-0888. Before you dial those numbers, make sure you gather all the details of your account for security verification purpose.
