Though the un-modified Psiphon version is available at Play store for free, this ProNet VPN is not listed on Google’s app store. You can only get and download a copy of this app mostly from the modifier (credits to DZEBB) and usually hosted on free hosting sites. So far ProNET Handler UI starts on version 10.XX unlike PAdvance versions.

What new this versions?
This now comes with link for free text that you use in Smart, Globe, TM, Talk N
Text, Sun Cellular and ABS CBN Mobile network while you are connected to the
internet. No more startup settings need as all working configurations are
injected as default when ProNET boot up.
You still have the option to edit the settings depending on your
cellular network by just tapping Dzebb Handler button. This app works on rooted
and non-rooted with 4.0+ OS. As usual
you still can find front, middle, back query, filter, port, proxy server, real
proxy type and other settings.
