Note: Network settings is pre configured once yo use your provider sim card, steps below is applicable if you want to configure if manually.

Here's how:
  1. Go to Settings then Wireless & Networks 
  2. Tap on Mobile Networks then Access Point Names 
  3. Select your Network (Globe, Smart and Sun)
  4. You can see the list of APN on your network. (From there you can edit your APN data, like Proxy and Port)
  5. To create New APN, press menu button then select New APN.
