Samsung has silently released the latest addition to the A-series, the Galaxy A17 5G smartphone. It runs on the Exynos 1330 chipset and comes in 4GB to 8GB RAM variants paired with 128GB to 256GB of storage, expandable up to 2TB via a microSD card.
The phone still features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, which is not new since it was also present in its predecessor. However, this time it includes Corning Gorilla Glass Victus for an added layer of screen protection.
The camera now comes with OIS on its 150MP main sensor, allowing you to record steadier videos while moving. It also includes a 5MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro lens, providing more shooting options for photography.
The Samsung Galaxy A17 5G still carries the same 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging, capable of refilling up to 50% of the phone’s power in just 30 minutes.
