Check if Your Globe and TM SIM Card are Registered

Aside from the system-generated reference number on the registration site, here's how to know or check if your Globe or TM SIM card is already registered.

Check via GlobeOne App

Make sure you already linked your mobile number or create an account with the GlobeOne app to verify using this method.

  1. Open the GlobeOne app to log in to your account.
  2. On the Home page, check your account name and mobile number then right beside you will see either of the following: Unregistered or Registered status.

Verify via Globe/TM SIM Registration Portal

  1. Go to Globe/TM SIM registration link via https://new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
    Know if Globe or TM SIM Registered

  2. Input your 10-digit Globe Prepaid, Globe Postpaid, Globe at Home SIM, or TM SIM mobile number.
  3. Click Register and wait for the 6-digit one-time PIN via SMS
  4. Input the OTP numbers before the five minutes time expires to validate.

You will receive this message: "Whoops! Your SIM has been previously registered." if your SIM is already registered or "We've detected that your Globe Prepaid SIM hasn't been registered with us. We'll need this information to enroll your account." if unregistered.

Via Globe Online Support

  1. Go to the Globe Telecom official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/globeph).
    Verify if SIM is registered via Globe

  2. Tap Send a Message to chat with an agent.
  3. Type a message and details of your concern then follow the options provided.

They will ask for the following information (e.g Full name, Address, Birthday, and Mobile number) for verification and security purposes. The agent will notify you regarding your SIM registration status.

Verify via Globe Store

You can visit your nearest Globe Store to verify if your SIM card is already registered or not. They also have online appointment booking where you can book a schedule at your nearest Globe store. Just visit https://queue.globe.com.ph/qflow_abs to get started.
