 Smart Bro Home prepaid and Postpaid Wi-Fi users can register their SIM cards through the SIM registration link portal. You have up to April 26, 2023 to comply with the Republic Act No. 11934 also known as SIM Registration Act in the Philippines.

If you are using Smart Bro LTE Pocket WiFi, 5G Rocket SIM, Home prepaid WiFi, and other open line modem/router, you need to register it to avoid deactivation.

Registration of your Smart Bro SIM is free, you just have to turn on your data and prepare the requirements needed during the registration process. Here's the step-by-step tutorial you can follow to successfully register your SIM online.

How to Register Smart Bro Home WiFi SIM card

  1. Connect to your Smart Bro Wi-Fi network
  2. Go to the Smart Bro SIM Registration link by visiting https://simreg.smart.com.ph using your favorite browsing. (e.g. Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
  3. Scroll down and enter your 10-digit Smart Bro SIM mobile number. (if you cannot remember the number, you can look at your empty cards, look at the label of your WiFi modem or remove your SIM card if it is no longer covered by the warranty.

  4. Tick the small box to agree with Smart Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice then click the “SEND OTP” button.
  5. If eligible, check your inbox for the OTP PIN from SMART (Do not share your PIN with anyone) to your Smart Bro WiFi dashboard. 
  6. Open a new tab then go to 192.168.1.1 using your browser then enter your Smart Bro username and admin password to check the SMS tab or inbox for OTP PIN.

  7. Switch to the Smart Bro SIM registration tab and enter the 6-digit OTP PIN then press “Verify OTP”. If you enter the number and OTP PIN correctly, you’ll be greeted with the message “Success!
  8. Next, you need to fill out the fields for your personal details in the customer information form.
  9. Select the type of registration by tapping the drop-down field then continue filling up the other required fields.
  10. Tap the ID Card field to select what type of valid ID or government ID you want to attach in the registration process (for example Voters ID). Or you can just select "Other valid ID or document with photo." so you can easily browse your valid ID in the gallery and selfie photo holding a valid ID.
  11. Take a  clear selfie photo with enough lighting and plain background or you can upload the photo via your phone gallery.
  12. Fill out all the required fields such as ID card number and other personal details.
  13. Nex is the Address information details. Required fields are indicated by a red asterisk (*).
  14. Next, you can input your alternate contact number and email address for verification purposes in the future.
  15. Click Next to continue.
  16. Review the “SUMMARY” page, if all the details are correct you check the box “I do hereby attest that I personally accomplished the registration…” You can opt-out of the second checkbox as it is only OPTIONAL.
  17. Click NEXT to complete your Smart Bro SIM registration.

Smart Bro Postpaid SIM Registration

  1. Connect to your Smart Bro Postpaid WiFi dashboard
  2. Go to the SMS tab
  3. Create SMS or go to Device Inbox
  4. Type YES then send to 5858 to confirm your registration
