GOMO subscriber can easily check their remaining data balance if they are subscribed to consumable data promos. You can also know your load and promo expiry when you have an active subscription to GOMO promo offers. If you're registered to their no-expiry promos, their no need for you to do a balance inquiry as it will only expire after you fully consumed the bandwidth allocation.

You have (2) two options to check your data and load balance with the GOMO network. You can track and view your data usage, remaining, text, and calls via web and mobile app.

How to Check GOMO Load Balance

Via GOMO App

To check via the app, you need to download and install the GOMO app on your smartphone.

  1. Open your GOMO app.
  2. Input your GOMO mobile number. (If your SIM is new, you need to link and register to activate)
  3. Click "Let's Go" to continue.
  4. Input your PIN to log in.

On your account homepage, you can find your remaining data, call, and text. To check the balance of another GOMO SIM card, you need to log out then log in with your second SIM card number.

Check Balance without the GOMO App

To check the balance without the app:

  1. Open your mobile browser then go to https://www.gomo.ph/sign-in.html
  2. Enter your GOMO mobile number.
  3. Click "Let's Go" to proceed.
  4. Input your account PIN number to log in.

After successfully logging in, you can view your data, call, and text balance under "You still have XXGB" with the date.
