Register Via GigaLife app:

  1. Open the TNT/Smart GigaLife App (install it if you don’t have the app)
  2. In the app, dashboard menu click the + icon to add load.

  4. Choose a payment method and proceed with payment.
  5. Wait for the SMS confirmation from Smart or TNT before you start using your free data promo.

For Smart/ TNT load retailers, you can reload your customer with Extra Load promos via *343# using the retailer SIM menu and Smart Ka-Partner app. Follow the steps below as your guide and reference.

Via *343# retailer SIM:

  1. Dial *343# then press call using your retailer SIM.
  2. Select the option for Regular then input the 11-digit Smart or TNT number of the customer.
  3. Select EXTRA LOAD denominations.
  4. Select preferred denominations then tap Send to confirm registration.

Via Ka-Partner App:

  1. Click the Load icon then select Smart or TNT network.
  2. Input customer's prepaid mobile number..
  3. Under regular load, choose EXTRA LOAD offers you want to load.
  4. Click proceed to confirm the load subscription.

Please that the data included in this offer is stackable, you can register or add multiple extra load denominations and it follows the longest validity period. While the subscription is active, you are not required to have a P1 maintaining balance.

Check Data and Load Balance

To check your remaining data balance or data status, you can do a balance inquiry by opening the GigaLife app and click the Check Usage button then go to the dashboard and you find your current balance and expiry of your load and data promo. You can also dial *123#, select Bal/Services then Check Balance and wait for the SMS notification.
