Present your valid ID to the teller for them to process your transaction.
Wait until they finish processing your transaction.
Get the transaction receipt and double-check the details.

The receiver can quickly claim the money right after the transaction is finished. Use the RDCN control number as your reference. Inform and send all the details to the recipient for them to claim the money.

How to Claim Money

Ask for the Receive Money form and fill up the needed details.
Present a valid ID to the teller for them to validate and process the transaction.
Get the money and receipt from the teller. Make sure to count before leaving to ensure you received all the amount indicated in your transaction.
