If you’re new to Windows 10 and installed uTorrent on your computer but opted to choose 3 install options on installation wizard e.g. create Start Menu entry, quick launch icon and desktop icon.
You can locate easily located the folder location in just few steps. After opting the above option, there’s an additional uTorrent settings that lets you configure to start the application during Windows startup.
If you also opted this option to avoid it from running in the background while you are using or any of your family members use your computer the app will not run until you click the shortcut file. Without any shortcut on your desktop and no start up leaves you nowhere to click to open the torrent.

You can try searching utorrent or torrent text on the search box on your Windows 10 to see if you find it on results display. If in case it’s no there, you may try these steps on how to quickly find the installation location below.

Click your Windows 10 (32bit or 64-bit) search box located right beside Windows Start icon then type:

C:\Users\You PC username or login name\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

Or 

%appdata%\uTorrent

Note: You need to change "You PC username or login name" with your computer or laptop user account.

Sample path: C:\Users\howtoquick-pc\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent

Click Enter to go to the folder location.

From there you can see a list of folders, files and configuration settings after you install uTorrent. You can just right click the torrent application.Excel file to open it or you can also paint to start menu and send to desktop for you to create shortcut icon. Once you have already located and are creating shortcuts, the next time you want to open the program all you need to do is click the shortcut icon on your start menu or desktop.
