Blogger Notice - European Union laws require you to give European Union visitors information about cookies used on your blog

I just noticed the notification message when I open my blog regarding cookies for European visitors.
As the first line says, I'm required to inform all European visitors of my site regarding cookies used in Blogger. So I decided to use a VPN app with European IP to check if it's working on my blog as Google suggested confirming if the notice actually works on my blog. And yes, it works as I saw a notice on top when I visited my blog thru VPN.
