Smart 6406 and 6400 to access unli promos and services

Are you a Smart promo addict? I’m sure you almost memorize all those promo keywords and numbers where to send that promo code. Every promo has a specific number where to send during the registration process. Like for example you want to avail call and text promo UNLI50, to avoid error or invalid number you need to send that to the exact number provided by Smart. 6406 and 6400 is  two of the most used numbers to avail a call or text promo, on this list below we listed only few.

    why when i'm calling in UNLI25 it always unable to connect..!!!what that it's mean...i'm worrying for my load and i can't call in emergencies...

  5. Smart Sucks! registered to Unli 25 promo and dialing smart cellphone number with prefix *6400 and CANNOT CONNECT... GETTING MESSAGE FULLY CONSUMED OR NOT SUBSCRIBED TO THE PROMO. WHAT?! I JUST REGISTERED!!! Checked my balance and it shows that I am registered to Unli 25 but still unable to do Unli Calls... Smart is a Stupid Service!!!
