I received that message from Globe with regards to their "Acceptable Terms on Fair Use for Promos with Unlimited Offers".

Detected to be Above Normal Terms of Use - Globe

I was surprised by the message as it is my first time to receive such a notification from Globe. Reading one of the FAQ at www.globe.com.ph/fup:

Why do you call your service "unlimited" when it's not really unlimited?

"The unlimited offer was intended for personal use only. NTC rules that promos are subjected to Acceptable Terms on Fair Use of Globe. Globe Telecom reserves the right to terminate/suspend promo subscription/s that violates this policy. This policy prevents network abuse, allows us to fully optimize network capacity and maintain quality of its services for subscribers."

ako rin I am experiencing it now! na deactivate bigla ang superunli25 ko suppose to be ngayong gabi dapat ang expiration ng load ko.. :(

bakit nga ba ganun? wala po kami violation or malisyosong pananalita bigla, bigla puputulin conversation.. para saan pa yung promo nyo na unlimited call and text? parang di naman po tama yun? :(

Anung purpose ng extend na yon kong i cut lng din pala.. nagsayang lang?? Tinawag pang unli call yon kong may limit naman pagtawag.

it goes back anyway, i just don't know how many hours exactly, but usually the following day. lucky you if you still have your promo.

Nagregister ako ng unli calls and text for 30 days. Ika 3rd day ko pa nagamit ito. Nagsesend kasi ako ng group message sa mga parents ng students ko for announcements. At ngayon nakareceive ako ng message na ganito. Sayang naman ng 350 pesos load ko!!!
