How to Avail Smart Emergency Services

You can the services like PAGASA update, emergency load request, SOS text or load and lastly the Smart Person Finder. To avail those services you can follow the following format below.

  •   Get PAGASA SMS Update: Text ULAN REG NAME/ADDRESS/AGE to 717-ULAN (7178526)
  • Request for emergency load by calling *808+number of your family/friend. eg. *80809181234567
  • Dial *SOS (767) enables Smart subscribers with zero balance to send 3 SMS to a Smart # plus P1 airtime, you can now send text messages to other networks using Smart’s emergency load *SOS service by dialing *7572.
  • Smart Person Finder – Track family members via their Smart phones: Text FIND & send to 386.
