Promote This Post Facebook "Sponsored" New Paid Feature

Just yesterday I noticed a Promote This Post pop up message after posting a Facebook comment saying “Now you can promote posts and move your important news, links and photos higher in news feed. This post will be marked as Sponsored.” With my curiosity I tried clicking promote, guess what prompted me after clicking promote?

Another popup message “Promote an Important Post now you can promote posts and move your important news, links and photos higher in news feed.
