How to Check or Balance Inquiry in TM via Text and Call

It is important for every subscriber to know their latest balance of their account to avoid load shortage. In Touch Mobile, there are few ways on how to check your load on your TM SIM. You should take note that there is a free and charged in making inquiry. You can also inquire via  menu where you can receive SMS or text notification from the network stating the remaining amount on your prepaid or postpaid account.

Know your TM balance for free


We list here the two options where can check your balance without extra charge. I know most of you don't want to be charge with that simple services from any network provider. Here is the procedure you can follow below for free checking of balance of your TM sim card.

Option 1:

Open the dialer menu and dial *102# then press Call or Send button of your phone. (Free)

Option 2:

Open the dialer menu and dial *143# the press Call or Send button. Just select the promo category you currently subscribe then inquire its status by keying the number option. You can also inquire your friend or other numbers balance by selecting that option on *143# menu.

Option 3:

Open the dialer menu and call 802. This option will charge you P1 per balance inquiry process made. You can hear the remaining amount of your account through voice message.


To inquire balance on promo you availed:


Just text the promo code plus space then the word 'BAL' then send it to 8888. You may see sample promo code format below for your reference.

Update as of March 2016:


Use option thru *143# to do a balance inquiry using your Touch Mobile account.

Just change the denomination of the promo you currently using to check the status and remaining TM balance. You may see Complete list of Touch Mobile Promos.

Using option 1 and 2 will send you an SMS notification stating your load balance. For those who want to know their Rewards Points balance you also check it via *143# menu, just look for that option and follow the following steps to continue.

If you're experiencing unwanted charges on your account you can ask their hotline and ask for clarifications regarding your load balance. For TM Customer Hotline number you can dial 808 using your Touch Mobile SIM or you can use landline then dial (02) 730-1500.

    can anyone help me pls....me bago akong tm sim card bakit hndi ako mkpgtxt??? eh tapos ko n po sya naactivate (801). dba my free txt pg bumili k ng new sim? sabi i have 24 free txt msges so how come di ako mkapg txt at ngpifailed?

  10. guys sino nakaka experience ngyon sa tm na nababasawan lagi ng php2.50 after mag register sa promo nila? i dont know if my hidden charges un alerts ng free fb or free viber nila. alert 8888 and alert 4438 lng un nag send sakin ng notification. bwiset 10pesos n lng nga load ko binawasan pa ng php2.50 ndy ko n nga na enjoy c10 promo nila tpos ninakawan pa ako!!! paano ako mag register nyan ulit eh bawas na!!!!! CALLING ATTENTION NG NTC!!! WAG NMAN KYO MATULOG SA PANSITAN UMAKSYON NMAN KYO!! KAMI NAGBIBIGAY NG TRABAHO NYO! GAWIN NYO NMAN UN TRABAHO NYO NA SUGPUIN UN MAPANG-ABUSONG TELECOM!!!

  15. Nakaregister po ako sa promo na dumating sakin ung OPT1 parang CA20 din un..nabawasan na un load ko pero bat d ako makatawg at makapagtext at un extra balance ko nababawasan?...

  16. Walang hiya tlga tong TM nato.. I've been calling the CSR for likr 5 days until now at wla paring sumasagot... nakaw load ko at ayaw ako pa register sa ibang promo.. registered daw ako sa Combo e wla naman akung ne register... stupid network fix this!!!
