As posted on O+ (Oplus USA) Twitter account, you can now update you Android Oplus 8.9 and 8.12 to Jelly Bean OS. If you cannot wait to try Jellybean on your device, you can now go to your nearest Oplus service center and ask them to update your phone to Jelly Bean OS. Just like what Cherry Mobile did on their Titan Jellybean update, you have to bring your Android device on their nearest service center to receive the upgrade.
Oplus 8.9 and 8.12 to Android 4.1 Jellybean OTA update
Based on user comments at Oplus USA Facebook page, they will be sending Jelly Bean update anytime this second quarter of the year. So if you do not have time going to their service centers you can wait for them to release the Jellybean OTA update.
